Everything went according to plan for entry and exit at the barriers. Book early to get best value,very good product.

Great location - very short walk to airport. Well signed. Staff very helpful when I encountered a delay due to Heathrow chaos. Excellent value

Pre-booked parking for a 4 day trip in the long stay car park and when I was leaving was charged £120 and the barrier for overstay!!!

Had accidentally booked the wrong leaving day (1:30am on the 4th rather than the 5th) but that should only have amounted to a £40 charge which I would have paid since it was my mistake.

Have been trying to resolve the overcharge for weeks now and haven’t gotten anywhere with it.

The car park itself is good, hard to find a space and people kind of park anywhere but that’s the nature of airport parking. And it is a nice secure location, so that’s good at least.

Would recommend this service, staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Drop off at the terminal building and car was close by on our return.

Car park extremely busy when arrived but plenty spaces on top floor. We required a disabled bay and there were several available with trolleys located next to parking spot and lifts adjacent to our bay. On return and as we left car park and came to barrier I inserted card as normal. Unfortunately 'additional charge' message appeared of £671. Total panic after our 2 week holiday and 8 hours travelling back. Being 2 in the morning didn't help. Thought I'd booked with wrong registration and scrambled for email confirmation. Eventually called assistance and got a very helpful chap who could see our licence plate, found our booking and opened the barrier for us. Not the best welcome home but all good in the end.

Parking through fast park was super easy. We drove in through the photo booth then forward to the row we were directed to where we then left our car. We walked down to the reception area, scanned our booking bar code and received a ticket we would need to scan on our arrival back after our trip to get our keys from a locked box.
I dropped this ticket and didn’t notice so the only comment I would have is that this should be electronic so you have it on your phone for returning.

We booked the long stay carpark at Edinburgh airport while we were away on holiday for 12 days. Great value & location. Efficient, helpful bus service to the airport, approx 3 minutes away. On return bus was already waiting which was great after a long flight. Though was confusing on site when i booked as one page said there was a bus, another page said there wasn’t.
Take a ticket as you enter carpark, left it in car for return, placed ticket in machine for exit, no issues.
Car was safe.
Would definitely use again.

Location and price were great. Signposting on return was hopeless ! This particular car park needs much better signage.

I cannot rate this service highly enough. On arrival, in the wee small hours, we were met by a helpful staff member who spoke us through the process. On our return, were met by another staff member who ensured that we knew what to do. Our car was parked conveniently to uplift. Hassle free and good value for money.

Excellent service and so easy to park and drop your keys off and go. On arrival simply scan your ticket and collect your key and your car awaits your return.

The parking was easy and convenient in the multi storey and worth paying extra for the fast track security. However, being presented with a charge of £356 for each of the 2 cars when booked and paid in advance upon leaving, after all night travelling was a real panic moment. That said when assistance was called it was resolved quickly. Would use again but would warn anyone to be wary on exit and call assistance and not to panic as there is obviously an error in picking up the plates correctly when entering the car park.

Overall the airport parking is good, we used the mid stay car park and booked accordingly online, however on leaving the machine wanted £330, so with a call on the information button we were away within 2 minutes, number plate recognition would have fixed this.

When leaving , machine informed me that I needed to pay £155 lol . Pressed call for help and received very very poor response . Please explain why I was asked for £155 ! Already looking forward to getting an answer .
